Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lou Haggen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Labonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Labonte comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Way Of The Ring kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Lou Haggen could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Christian Labonte's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lou Haggen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Christian Labonte!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haggen throws a right and a left that both miss.

Labonte shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Haggen's guard.
Haggen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Labonte shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Haggen as he jumps to the side.

Labonte throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Haggen's waist but Haggen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Labonte off to one side.
Haggen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Haggen looks to land a combination. Labonte sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A punch lands to the side of Labonte 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Haggen, as that shot connected.
