Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azathoth Yog-Sothoth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yog-Sothoth comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Carol of the Old Ones kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Azathoth Yog-Sothoth!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black misses with a few strikes there.
Yog-Sothoth attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Yog-Sothoth throws a lazy head kick
and Black connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Yog-Sothoth goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
The fighters circling - Black throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Yog-Sothoth stuffs the takedown attempt from Black. Black gets slowly back to his feet.
Black getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Black on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Yog-Sothoth closes the distance and clinches.
A shot in the inside from Yog-Sothoth.
Black drops down looking for an ankle pick but Yog-Sothoth pulls his leg out and moves away.
Black gets tackled into the cage by Yog-Sothoth. Yog-Sothoth maintains the clinch.
Yog-Sothoth looks to throw an elbow but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Black as Yog-Sothoth tries to tie him up.
Black wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Yog-Sothoth gets through Black's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Yog-Sothoth is pressed up against the cage. Black has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Yog-Sothoth down to the mat. Yog-Sothoth avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Yog-Sothoth ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Yog-Sothoth misses with a head kick.
Nice takedown defense from Yog-Sothoth. No joy for Black on that attempt.
Yog-Sothoth lands a big head kick that sends Black tumbling to the mat! Yog-Sothoth takes a step backwards and waves Black back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Black is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Yog-Sothoth ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Black out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Azathoth Yog-Sothoth!
