Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between TJ Blaize (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaize's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Yall Dont Hear Me. TJ Blaize has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donald Stewart!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blaize rushes Stewart and presses him up against the cage.
Blaize misses with a knee strike.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Blaize creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Stewart's defenses.
Blaize tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Stewart gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Stewart wants to pass the guard but Blaize is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stewart looking to sit in guard and control but Blaize gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Stewart has control of Blaize's left arm, preventing Blaize from doing any damage.

That was a close round but I would say that TJ Blaize will probably get the nod.

Stewart jumps guard but Blaize stands there with Stewart around his waist. Stewart gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Stewart gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Stewart content to control rather than advance.

Stewart is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Stewart jumps guard but Blaize turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Stewart breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Blaize throws a right hand that Stewart ducks under and follows up with a left that Stewart also avoids with ease.

Stewart is pushing Blaize up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Stewart drops down looking for an ankle pick but Blaize pulls his leg out and moves away.
