McBobby takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
McBobby lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
McBobby fakes the leg kick and cracks der Grosse in the body.
McBobby misses with a double jab.

McBobby tries to close the distance and clinch but der Grosse swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McBobby will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

McBobby displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as der Grosse throws out the jab.
der Grosse missing with a left hand there. McBobby was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McBobby tries to clinch there but der Grosse circles away.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Karl der Grosse will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Bobby McBobby's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
McBobby slips a straight right by der Grosse.
Karl der Grosse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
der Grosse gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

der Grosse looks to land a combination but McBobby avoids it well.

McBobby has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of der Grosse is proving hard to escape from.
