Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Russian Experiment III (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thor Omega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Experiment III comes to the cage accompanied by Come To Daddy. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Thor Omega was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Russian Experiment III!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thor Omega!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiment III staying out of range there.
Omega throws a lazy body kick
and Experiment III counters with a stiff right hand.
Omega pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Omega stuffs the takedown attempt from Experiment III. Experiment III gets slowly back to his feet.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Experiment III.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Omega tries to bench press Experiment III off him but Experiment III keeps the position.
Experiment III goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Omega has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Experiment III but great work by Omega.
Omega remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Experiment III is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Omega decides to stand back up.
Experiment III ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Omega lands a big head kick that sends Experiment III tumbling to the mat! Omega takes a step backwards and waves Experiment III back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Experiment III is rocked!
It looks like Russian Experiment III has been cut.
Thor Omega is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Omega is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Experiment III.
Oh Experiment III is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Omega knocks Experiment III out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Thor Omega!
