The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Chance does no damage.
Penn slips a straight right by Chance.
Penn looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Penn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Chance is trying to escape the mount.

Penn lands with some strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Penn scoring with strikes but Chance is staying in there.
Penn lands a big shot there that rocks Chance but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chance is desperately trying to improve his position but Penn has a good base and remains in mount.
Chance is squirming around, avoiding Penn's attempts to control the action.
Penn is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Chance is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Penn lands a heavy elbow.

Penn punishing his opponent with strikes.
Chance taking shots to the head.
Chance is rocked!
Penn in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Oh Chance is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Penn postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Chance in real trouble here! The ref calls for Chance to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
