Santiago has chosen Asesinos - Los Crudos as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Asher Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Antonio Santiago!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago looks to score with a jab to the body but Lee is just out of range.

Lee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Santiago.
Lee tries to bum rush Santiago with a series of wild strikes but Santiago uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Santiago closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.

Santiago bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Santiago postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Santiago connects with a nice short shot to Lee's temple.

Santiago is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Antonio Santiago comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Santiago has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
