The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawford shoots in looking for a takedown. Sizwe tries to sprawl out of it but Crawford keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sizwe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sizwe lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Crawford looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Sizwe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Crawford is standing up over Sizwe. Sizwe looks to escape but Crawford dives into side control.

Sizwe tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Crawford wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Sizwe is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Crawford has just dragged him back down to the mat.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sizwe tries to kick Crawford off but Crawford keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Sizwe throws a shot from downtown. Crawford moves away and avoids it.
Sizwe might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
