Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Ernst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven Kreigmacher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ernst comes to the cage accompanied by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjVvhDwFnJk. Kreigmacher is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Seek and Destroy by Metallica. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tim Ernst! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sven Kreigmacher! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ernst shoots for a double leg takedown but Kreigmacher sprawls well. He's pushed Ernst's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ernst getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A solid leg kick lands there for Kreigmacher.
Ernst connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. A leg kick checked by Ernst. Ernst dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kreigmacher buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kreigmacher throws a head kick but Ernst moves out of range.
Kreigmacher throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kreigmacher misses with a jab to the body
and Ernst counters by moving into the clinch. Kreigmacher looking to stall.
A bit of stalling here from Ernst.
That's one minute gone in the round. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Ernst as Kreigmacher tries to tie him up. Come on Ernst - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Ernst lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Ernst controlling the action here. Kreigmacher is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ernst's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ernst's back! Ernst breaks Kreigmacher's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ernst works a leg free and moves into half guard. Ernst takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Ernst content to control rather than advance. Ernst is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kreigmacher doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ernst. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ernst stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ernst thows a huge punch but Kreigmacher dodges it nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kreigmacher trying to hold on to Ernst's head to control him but Ernst postures up.
Ernst perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Ernst fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Kreigmacher throws a quick inside leg kick. Kreigmacher takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ernst will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tim Ernst dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Kreigmacher does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Ernst is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Kreigmacher throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Kreigmacher throws a head kick but Ernst moves out of range.
Kreigmacher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ernst. Kreigmacher motions for Ernst to come forward. Kreigmacher throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Kreigmacher throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ernst blocks a head kick by Kreigmacher.
Kreigmacher bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Ernst shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kreigmacher as he avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ernst keeps the fight on the outside. Kreigmacher throws a leg kick but Ernst checks it. Ernst lands with a shot to the body. Ernst throws a series of punches but Kreigmacher avoids them all with ease. Kreigmacher attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. A solid leg kick lands there for Kreigmacher.
Kreigmacher pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kreigmacher with a nice cross. Sven Kreigmacher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ernst moves out of range as Kreigmacher throws a body kick.
Kreigmacher tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Ernst is able to avoid easily. Ernst waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kreigmacher.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kreigmacher on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Ernst closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Kreigmacher's guard. Ernst lands a couple of digs. This has been an exciting period of action! Ernst tries to free his leg and advance position but Kreigmacher is retaining full guard. Ernst wants to control from the top but Kreigmacher keeps moving. Ernst is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kreigmacher working a defensive guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Tim Ernst. Ernst connects with a crisp jab. Kreigmacher misses with a wild combination.
Ernst fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kreigmacher to the ground. Ernst is now in Kreigmacher's guard. Ernst forces his way into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ernst in particular looking to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ernst working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Ground and pound from Ernst. Ernst is working for a submission of some sort.
Ernst perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tim Ernst dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Kreigmacher throws a body punch but Ernst moves out of range. A lazy left from Ernst finds it's target. Ernst scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Ernst fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kreigmacher on the side of the head. Kreigmacher tries to land a front kick but Ernst steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Kreigmacher tries to clinch there but Ernst circles away.

Kreigmacher connects with a high kick.
It looks like Tim Ernst has been cut. Kreigmacher pushes Ernst away with a front kick. Ernst drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ernst is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Kreigmacher controls Ernst momentarily but Ernst frees himself. Tim Ernst overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Kreigmacher lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kreigmacher lands a slapping body shot.
Ernst throws a good cross that connects.
Kreigmacher takes one to the side of the head.
Kreigmacher looks to score with a jab to the body but Ernst is just out of range. Kreigmacher tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ernst manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kreigmacher jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ernst scores with a sloppy right hand. Kreigmacher should have avoided that one. Ernst moves out of range of the body kick from Kreigmacher.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kreigmacher misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kreigmacher misses with a low kick. Ernst checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ernst shoots in for a takedown but Kreigmacher shows good takedown defense. Kreigmacher throws a head kick but Ernst moves out of range.
Kreigmacher fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A decent looking body kick lands there for Kreigmacher. A solid leg kick lands there for Kreigmacher.
Kreigmacher is looking to clinch. Tim Ernst is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kreigmacher slaps away a takedown attempt from Ernst, before circling back to the center of the mat. Good work by Ernst as he checks the leg kick. Sloppy strikes from Ernst. Those never looked like landing. Sven Kreigmacher has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ernst on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kreigmacher. Kreigmacher obviously looking to wear him down.
Kreigmacher lands a leg kick that knocks Ernst off balance momentarily. Kreigmacher throws a body kick that misses. Kreigmacher will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Kreigmacher looks to land a right hand but Ernst moved out of range. Kreigmacher tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kreigmacher tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kreigmacher walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ernst checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ernst shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ernst controlling the position easily from mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Sven Kreigmacher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Ernst has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
