Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sliva scores a takedown into full mount!
Sliva landing strikes, looking to finish!
Sliva wants to control the pace but JoJo is squirming around nicely.
Sliva thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Sliva has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of JoJo's face.
Sliva goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now JoJo is on top in guard.
Sliva looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Al JoJo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
JoJo slaps away a takedown attempt from Sliva, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Al JoJo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
JoJo cracks the inside of Sliva's front leg.
Sliva takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Sliva!

JoJo lands a jab to Sliva's midsection.
JoJo avoids the head kick by Sliva.
Sliva moves forwards but JoJo connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
JoJo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sliva. That did some damage!
JoJo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Sliva is breathing heavily.
Sliva fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Sliva takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
JoJo scores with a jab to the jaw.
JoJo jabs Sliva right on the nose. Sliva blinks but takes it well.
JoJo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
JoJo digs a good body shot into Sliva's ribs.
JoJo scores with a sloppy right hand. Sliva should have avoided that one.
Sliva takes a shot to the body in his stride.
JoJo lands a big uppercut and Sliva crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sliva looks OK. JoJo waves Sliva back to his feet!
Sliva is rocked!
JoJo darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Sliva's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles JoJo before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Al JoJo!
