The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charcobeau fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Charcobeau tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Badridge was well out of range. Poor timing from Charcobeau.
Badridge looks to throw the jab but Charcobeau is out of range.
Charcobeau stuffs the takedown attempt from Badridge. Badridge gets slowly back to his feet.
Badridge tries to bum rush Charcobeau with a series of wild strikes but Charcobeau uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Charcobeau shoots in looking for a takedown but Badridge manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Charcobeau's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Charcobeau is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Badridge will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Badridge enables Charcobeau to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Badridge manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Badridge has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Charcobeau should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Badridge has tightened it up now! Charcobeau should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
