Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ian Phillips! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Einstein blocks a jab. Phillips fails with the takedown. Einstein moves into the clinch successfully.
Einstein lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Phillips backwards. Einstein wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Phillips has him pressed against the ropes. Einstein lands a nice uppercut. Phillips scores with a shoulder strike. Einstein working aggressively here.

Still in the clinch, Einstein scores with a nice short uppercut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Phillips tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Einstein 's elbow. Einstein misses with a short punch on the inside. Phillips misses with a short punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Phillips has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Einstein clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Einstein tries to escape the position.
Einstein is taking damage to the body and head. Einstein might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. A lull in the action here.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Einstein controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Einstein rolls, trying to escape but Phillips keeps control of the position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Phillips missing with punches from the back. Einstein covering up well under a barage of strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Einstein tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Phillips lands a big shot there that rocks Einstein but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Einstein tries to lock up and control but Phillips gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Einstein is looking to get to half guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Phillips working Einstein over with strikes here. Phillips putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Phillips scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Einstein is rocked! Phillips connects with a bit shot that sees Einstein covering up! More strikes from Phillips and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Phillips is our winner by TKO!
