Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Derek Mufflin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mickey ONeil!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ONeil will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
ONeil slaps away a takedown attempt from Mufflin, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Mufflin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as ONeil throws out the jab.
ONeil misses with a two punch combination.
ONeil throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
ONeil connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
ONeil misses with a combination
and Mufflin counters with a nice double leg into side control. ONeil won't be happy with that.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Mufflin is looking to take a break and control but ONeil is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
ONeil is looking to reverse the position.

ONeil stops Mufflin from passing to mount.

ONeil is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Mufflin lands a decent elbow from side control.

ONeil tries to buck Mufflin off but Mufflin is having none of it.

ONeil is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

ONeil looks like he's trying to stand up.

ONeil has a hand on Mufflin's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Mufflin takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mufflin prevents ONeil from getting the reversal.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Derek Mufflin will probably get the nod.
That's time! Mufflin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mufflin avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
ONeil misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mufflin.
ONeil throws a jab when Mufflin was well out of range.
ONeil sizes up Mufflin with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

ONeil tests Mufflin's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nice shot lands for ONeil.
Mufflin is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mufflin switches off momentarily and ONeil cracks him with a monster right hand! Mufflin topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as ONeil dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by ONeil!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mickey ONeil!
During a confident post fight interview, Mickey ONeil thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
