Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Winston Churchill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Hizen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Churchill comes to the ring accompanied by Hold it now Hit it--Beastie Boys. Hizen has chosen Armin Van Buuren - Unforgivable as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Winston Churchill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Hizen! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hizen tries to clinch but Churchill is having none of it. Churchill closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Churchill throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hizen blocks the elbow strike.
Churchill using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hizen has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Churchill manages to break the clinch.
Churchill stuffs the takedown. Hizen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Churchill's waist but Churchill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hizen off to one side. Churchill tries to close the distance and clinch but Hizen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hizen shoots in looking for a takedown. Churchill tries to sprawl out of it but Hizen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Churchill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Winston Churchill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andre Hizen. Churchill is looking to take this fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Churchill scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Hizen keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Churchill is trying to work for a kimura but Hizen is defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hizen is looking for a sweep. Churchill is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Churchill is pressing down on Hizen's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hizen is holding on for now. Hizen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hizen looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Churchill scores with a takedown into Hizen's guard. Churchill is breathing heavily. Hizen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Churchill is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Churchill is working hard here to advance position. Churchill looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Churchill fending off the submission attempt from Hizen. Churchill is keeping busy.

Churchill manages to regain half guard. Good work. Hizen passes to side control. Churchill manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hizen's best efforts. Churchill tries to roll over but Hizen keeps him under control. Churchill looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Hizen stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Churchill to get to his feet. Churchill fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Churchill wants to clinch up but Hizen keeps it at a distance. Churchill changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hizen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Churchill tries to advance to mount but Hizen denies him. Churchill decides to stand back up. Churchill drives through and clinches with Hizen against the ropes.
Churchill tries to land a knee to the head but Hizen blocks with his arms.
Churchill escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Churchill wants to clinch. Hizen swats away the attempt to clinch by Churchill.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Hizen shoots and misses and Churchill counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hizen's guard now. Churchill wants to pass the guard but Hizen is keeping the position. Churchill drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Churchill jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Hizen working for a triangle but Churchill defends it easily.

Hizen can't keep his opponent in guard - Churchill advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Churchill looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Churchill is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
That's six minutes gone in the round. Hizen is looking to get to half guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Churchill landing strikes from the mount and Hizen is in trouble! Hizen can't escape the position.
Churchill thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Hizen is trying to escape the mount.
Hizen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Hizen is working to get back to half guard.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Hizen is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Churchill has taken his back.

Hizen trying to control the position from guard on top but Churchill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hizen passes easily into side control. Nice work. Churchill is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Hizen decides to stand up, so the ref orders Churchill to his feet.

Hizen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Churchill. Churchill loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Churchill drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hizen looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hizen looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hizen! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Churchill manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Hizen is trying to work for a kimura but Churchill is defending well.

That's nine minutes gone in the round. Hizen has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Churchill defend it? Hizen steps over the head and cranks it - Churchill is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Hizen!
