Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, William Williamson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ronald Chinner!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, David Schapiro and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williamson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chinner circles away quickly and effectively.
Chinner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Williamson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Williamson slaps away a takedown attempt from Chinner, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Chinner looks for a takedown but Williamson sprawls well.
William Williamson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronald Chinner.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Chinner.
Williamson leaves Chinner with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Williamson tries to bum rush Chinner with a series of wild strikes but Chinner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Chinner is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Williamson.


It looks like Ronald Chinner has been cut.
Chinner misses with a takedown attempt - Williamson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Williamson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Williamson scores with a hook to the body. Chinner takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chinner takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Williamson scores with a three punch combo!
Williamson misses with a two punch combination.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Chinner will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A combination from Williamson does no damage.

Chinner misses with a takedown attempt - Williamson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Williamson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Williamson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chinner circles away quickly and effectively.
Williamson swats away the attempt to clinch by Chinner.
Chinner dives in and grabs Williamson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Williamson pushes down on Chinner's head and hops out.
Williamson lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Williamson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chinner.

Oooooh!!! Williamson has knocked Chinner down with a huge combo! Williamson steps away and waves a wobbly Chinner back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Chinner is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Williamson scores with a sloppy right hand. Chinner should have avoided that one.
Chinner is still on wobbly legs! Can Williamson finish him?
Nice jab there from Williamson.
Williamson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Williamson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Chinner! Williamson dives in looking to finish! Chinner is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). William Williamson!
