A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson throws a lazy right hand but Rosja sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rosja dodges the punch combination from Wilson.
Rosja fails with the takedown
and Wilson counters with a straight right hand.
Wilson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Wilson throws a lazy right hand but Rosja sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Wilson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rosja.
Wilson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wilson misses with a looping left.

Rosja uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wilson.
Rosja takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Wilson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rosja doesn't seem bothered though.

Rosja moves out of range as Wilson strikes.
Wilson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rosja.
Rosja ducks under a wild hook from Wilson.
George Wilson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wilson throws a right and a left that Rosja avoids nicely.

Wilson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Wilson.

Rosja fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wilson avoids it really well and circles away.

and Wilson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Wilson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wilson lands a really nice looking cross but Rosja seems unphased.

Rosja shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Rosja was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wilson can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Rosja is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Wilson is forced to tap! Great finish!
