Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Drake Hyun Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blu Pisa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pisa has chosen Party Rock Anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Drake Hyun Kim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Blu Pisa! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pisa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pisa throws a head kick that misses. Pisa throws the kick towards the body but Hyun Kim avoids it. Blu Pisa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pisa on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Pisa cracks the inside of Hyun Kim's front leg. Pisa tries a head kick but it misses.
Pisa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pisa swings away with a leg kick that misses. An inside leg kick lands from Pisa. Pisa defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hyun Kim. Pisa lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Hyun Kim blocks a head kick by Pisa.
Hyun Kim is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pisa.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pisa tries to land a leg kick but Hyun Kim saw it coming and moves away.
Pisa defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hyun Kim. A head kick misses from Pisa. Hyun Kim loads up on a big right hand but Pisa slips the punch. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Pisa - that will leave a mark!
Hyun Kim shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pisa pinned against the cage. Pisa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Drake Hyun Kim. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pisa throws a quick inside leg kick. Pisa throws a head kick but Hyun Kim moves out of range.
Hyun Kim darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Pisa is trying to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pisa has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hyun Kim is working away from the top position though. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hyun Kim with the ground and pound but Pisa uses the opportunity to regain guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hyun Kim engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Hyun Kim cracks Pisa with a solid left hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hyun Kim is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pisa can do anything to dispel that myth. Pisa keeping full guard, as Hyun Kim tries to pass. Hyun Kim with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hyun Kim postures up in Pisa's guard and throws a big left but Pisa blocks it. Hyun Kim trying to control but Pisa is working from the bottom. Pisa is trying to keep Hyun Kim in close.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Hyun Kim changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pisa looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Hyun Kim controlling the position. Hyun Kim tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hyun Kim throwing strikes but Pisa manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Drake Hyun Kim will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Hyun Kim shoots in but no luck this time. A head kick from Pisa lands but Hyun Kim takes it in his stride. Pisa leaves Hyun Kim with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Hyun Kim has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Drake Hyun Kim. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pisa lands a big head kick that sends Hyun Kim tumbling to the mat! Pisa takes a step backwards and waves Hyun Kim back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hyun Kim is rocked!
It looks like Drake Hyun Kim has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pisa throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Hyun Kim crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Blu Pisa! Blu Pisa decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
