Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brago gets the takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Pereira is trying to get back to half guard.
Brago controls the position.
Brago tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brago is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Pereira struggling a bit here.
Brago works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Brago controls the position.
Brago throws an elbow but Pereira slips to the side and avoids it well.
Brago wants to control but Pereira is keeping him busy.
Pereira manages to work his way to half guard, despite Brago's best efforts.
Pereira is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Brago's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Brago's back!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pereira is cranking Brago's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Brago! He's tightened the choke and Brago is tapping out!
