Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lock Bresner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukasz Wacek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lukasz Wacek! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wacek keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bresner shoots in for a double leg but Wacek sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Wacek has taken the fight to the clinch.
Wacek jumps guard but Bresner turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Wacek goes for a takedown attempt but Bresner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bresner shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wacek defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lock Bresner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bresner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bresner working the head and body with strikes. Bresner is taking a breather. Wacek says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wacek should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Bresner's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
