And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harkonnen misses with a low kick.
Harkonnen misses with an uppercut. Kuzuri saw that one coming.
Harkonnen staying out of range there.
Sloppy strikes from Kuzuri. Those never looked like landing.
Kuzuri lands a glancing blow to the side of Harkonnen's head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Harkonnen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Harkonnen just misses with a punch to the body.
Kuzuri throws a big shot that misses.
Kuzuri throws an overhand right that lands on Harkonnen's shoulder, as Harkonnen tries to avoid the shot.
Harkonnen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Harkonnen misses with a head kick.
Waru Kuzuri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Harkonnen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Harkonnen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kuzuri throws out the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kuzuri throws a leg kick but Harkonnen checks it.
Kuzuri fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Harkonnen manages to avoid it.
Kuzuri connects with a single shot there.
Harkonnen is rocked!
Kuzuri is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Harkonnen flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Harkonnen is out cold! Kuzuri holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Waru Kuzuri!
