Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gatts Toxis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toxis misses with a jab, cross combination.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Curtis.
Toxis listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Toxis lands a nice hook to Curtis's body. Curtis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Curtis has a takedown stuffed.
Toxis lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Toxis scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Toxis wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Toxis connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Curtis's hands.
Toxis lands a body shot.
Toxis gets caught napping as Curtis dives in and scores a takedown. Toxis manages to retain guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Curtis prevents Toxis from getting back to his feet.
Curtis pushing down on Toxis's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Curtis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Toxis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Curtis on the ground.
Curtis is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Still in half guard, Curtis seems content to control.
Toxis tries to get to full guard but Curtis has control of the leg.
Toxis is breathing heavily.
Curtis content to control rather than advance.
Curtis is working for a kimura but Toxis is defending it quite comfortably.

Curtis decides to stand and escape the position.
Toxis stuffs the takedown.
Gatts Toxis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jared Curtis.
Toxis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Curtis circles away quickly and effectively.
Toxis misses with a wild combination.
Curtis shoots for a takedown but Toxis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Curtis fails to land the takedown.
Toxis lands with a hook. Curtis tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Toxis misses with a body punch
and Curtis counters with a shoot takedown. Toxis fights it but they end up in guard.

Curtis stops Toxis from standing up.
Curtis's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Curtis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Curtis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Toxis throws his legs up looking for a submission but Curtis uses it to pass to side control.
Curtis is trying to get an arm triangle but Toxis is defending well.
Curtis lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Curtis is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Toxis looks calm but he's in trouble here. Curtis gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Toxis is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Curtis lets go of the hold and Toxis can pop his arm back in it's socket.
