Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Corvus Row!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Row tries to clinch there but Jenkins circles away.
Jenkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Row sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jenkins somewhat.
Row moves to clinch but Jenkins breaks away
and Jenkins counters with a three punch combo that has Row backing up. Row nods at Jenkins to acknowledge the strikes.
Jenkins looks for a takedown but Row sprawls well.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Row enables Jenkins to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Row manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Row not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Row escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jenkins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Row pulls Jenkins in close to his closed guard and prevents Jenkins from doing any damage or advancing position.

and Jenkins counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Row manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Row keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Row.

Jenkins manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Row on his heels. He'll look to pass Row's guard now, I'm sure.

Jenkins changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Row tries to avoid it but Jenkins manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Row to the ground. Row escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bubba Jenkins.
Jenkins shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Row as he jumps to the side.
Row doesn't manage to clinch there - Jenkins circles away.
Jenkins dives in and grabs Row's left leg, looking for a takedown. Row pushes down on Jenkins's head and hops out.

Jenkins throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Row tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jenkins is in Row's guard.

Jenkins closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
