Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gegard Mousasii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Mondello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mousasii might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kid Cudi - Day N Nite. Jordan Mondello is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasii connects with a body shot.
Mousasii misses with a double jab.
Mousasii lands with a good body shot.
Mondello shoots in but Mousasii avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mondello takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mondello shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mousasii as he jumps to the side.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mousasii looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mousasii displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mondello.
Gegard Mousasii has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jordan Mondello.
Mondello moves out of range as Mousasii throws a body kick.
Mondello avoids a kick to the body.
Mondello fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mousasii lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Mondello falls backwards - clearly groggy! Mousasii dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
