Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roand Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dooon Termma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Termma shoots for a takedown but Po saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Termma tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Po manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Termma lands a head kick!
Termma lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Po throws a head kick that misses.
Termma will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Po moves in looking to clinch but Termma pushes him off.

Termma is trying hard to land a takedown here. Po sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Po is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Termma is defending well for now.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Termma is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Roand Po will probably get the nod.

Roand Po seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Po will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Termma uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Po.
Po throws a low kick but Termma moves out of range easily.
Po has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
