Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forest Griffen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forrest Rump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Forest Griffen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Forrest Rump! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rump has Griffen up against the cage in a clinch.
Griffen stops a takedown attempt from Rump.
Griffen scores with a shot to the side of Rump's head. Griffen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Griffen closes the distance and clinches. Rump fails to pull guard.
Griffen drags the fight down to the ground.
Rump tries to stand but Griffen is controlling from the bottom. Griffen keeping moving, preventing Rump from controlling successfully. Rump wants to pass the guard but Griffen is keeping the position. Rump wanted to stand there but Griffen had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffen preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Griffen is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Griffen looking for a guillotine here but Rump defends easily.
Rump won't allow Griffen to sweep him here. Rump trying to control the position from guard on top but Griffen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Griffen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rump is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rump trying to control but Griffen is working from the bottom.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Forrest Rump wasn't active enough on the ground. No luck with that takedown attempt from Rump. Forest Griffen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Forrest Rump. Rump shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Griffen defends it nicely. Griffen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Griffen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Griffen shoots in looking for a takedown. Rump tries to sprawl out of it but Griffen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rump manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Griffen moves into the clinch. Rump tries for a takedown but Griffen manages to get underhooks.
Griffen gets control of Rump's arms and successfully pulls guard. Griffen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Griffen is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Griffen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rump defends it easily. Rump wants to control from the top but Griffen keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rump is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rump advances position into side control! Griffen managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Rump.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rump trying to control the action but Griffen is working from the bottom. Rump decides to take the fight back to the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Forrest Rump will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Griffen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Griffen throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rump. Rump is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rump throws a half hearted mid kick. Griffen throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Forrest Rump has been cut. Rump stuffs the takedown attempt from Griffen. Griffen gets slowly back to his feet. Rump shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Griffen pinned against the cage. Griffen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Griffen tries a head kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffen doesn't manage to clinch there - Rump circles away.
Rump avoids the head kick by Griffen.
Griffen tries to bum rush Rump with a series of wild strikes but Rump uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Griffen blocks the body kick.
Rump fails with the takedown. Rump tries a head kick but it misses.
Griffen moves into the clinch successfully.
Griffen manages to pull guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Griffen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rump can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Griffen wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Rump pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Griffen is keeping the position for now. Griffen has his foot on Rump's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rump works his way back into a safe position though. Rump wants to pass the guard but Griffen is keeping the position. Rump wants to stand but Griffen has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

It's a sloppy attempt though and Rump jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Rump wants to stand but Griffen is controlling his posture from full guard. Griffen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rump prevents Griffen from getting back to his feet. Rump's corner is telling him to maintain position. Rump is pushing down on Griffen's leg trying to pass to half guard. Griffen is fighting to maintain full guard but Rump has managed to sneak the leg through. Griffen is refusing to be controlled, as Rump sits in half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Griffen wants to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Forest Griffen will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Forrest Rump's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Griffen is trying to drag Rump to the mat but Rump just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Rump tries for a takedown. No joy.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Forest Griffen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Griffen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Griffen lands with a kick to the ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rump pushes Griffen away with a front kick. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rump moves into the clinch successfully.

Griffen leaves Rump with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Griffen doesn't manage to clinch there - Rump circles away.
Rump fails with a takedown attempt. Griffen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Rump throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Rump or perhaps it was just good defense by Griffen which made him look bad. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rump dives in and grabs Griffen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Griffen pushes down on Rump's head and hops out. Griffen with a poor takedown and Rump counters with a body kick that stops Griffen in his tracks momentarily. Forest Griffen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Griffen gets tackled into the cage by Rump. Rump maintains the clinch. Griffen pulls guard successfully.
Rump is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Griffen throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rump trying to stand up but can't free himself from Griffen's guard. Rump throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Rump trying to control the position from guard on top but Griffen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rump sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Griffen's guard. Griffen trying to control here.
Rump decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Griffen swats away the attempt to clinch by Rump. Griffen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rump swats him away and circles back towards the center. Griffen shoots for a takedown but Rump saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Rump throws a wild body kick that Griffen sees coming a mile off. Rump shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Griffen manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Griffen controls Rump momentarily but Rump frees himself. Griffen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that's the end of the fight! Forrest Rump comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Rump has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
