Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brando shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Pitt's guard.

Pitt kicks Brando off and gets to his feet.
Pitt tries a head kick but it misses.
Brando misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Brando closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Pitt did well to prevent Brando getting side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brando is trying to control. Pitt wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Pitt wants to get back to his feet.
Brando is looking to take a break and control but Pitt is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Brando prevents Pitt from standing back up.
Pitt pushes Brando off but Brando dives into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brando fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Pitt trying to remain calm as Brando controls from the top position.
Pitt is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Brando is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pitt has escaped the position, nice work there.
Pitt is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Brando has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Brando lands some shots froms side control.
Pitt is pushing Brando's head away, looking to escape. Brando manages to hold on to the position though.
Brando creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Pitt sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Brando tries for a kimura but Pitt is defending well.

Pitt throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Pitt bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

It looks like Edson Brando has been cut.
Brando moves out of range of the body kick.
Pitt looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pitt gets tackled into the cage by Brando. Brando maintains the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pitt is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Brando tries to land knees in the clinch but Pitt avoids the damage to the body.
Pitt landing knees to the body.
Brando has Pitt pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pitt manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Edson Brando. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brando is breathing heavily.

Pitt breaks the clinch.

Oooh a lovely combination from Pitt sends Brando down but not out. Pitt dives into side control looking to finish.

Brando is rocked!

Pitt stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Oh Brando is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pitt lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Brando out cold! Brando is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
