The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlin tries to clinch up.

and Bing counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Bing stalling.

Bing looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Bing decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Bing scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Carlin moves to clinch but Bing breaks away

so Bing counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Bing wants to control from the top but Carlin keeps moving.
Bing stays in close to Carlin's body and controls the position.

Bing trying to control the position from guard on top but Carlin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We're going to have a standup here because Chandler Bing wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Bing drives through with a takedown into Carlin's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Bing stops Carlin from standing up.

Carlin is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bing forces his way into half guard.
Bing perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Carlin is trying to stand back up but Bing is controlling him

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bing connects with a nice short shot to Carlin's temple.
Carlin scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Bing manages to mount him!

Bing breaks from Carlin's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Carlin wants to control but Bing is having none of it.

Bing swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
