The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgee shoots in for a double leg but Toney sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Toney clinches.
Toney works on Mcgee's body with a couple of short punches.
Mcgee can't get the takedown.
Toney wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Still in the clinch, Toney scores with a nice short uppercut.

Mcgee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Toney walks away with a smile on his face. Mcgee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
James Toney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Handles Mcgee.
No luck for Mcgee with that takedown attempt.
Mcgee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Toney as he jumps to the side.
Toney is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mcgee shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Toney sprawls well. Toney wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mcgee gets slowly back to his feet.
Toney cracks Mcgee with an uppercut from hell and Mcgee crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Toney's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
It looks like Handles Mcgee has been cut.

Mcgee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Toney controls the pace.
Toney gets to his feet - Mcgee follows without any prompting.
The fight stays on the outside here - Toney looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Toney lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Mcgee drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Toney gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mcgee is trying desperately to land a takedown but Toney is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Mcgee.
Toney lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Mcgee backwards.

Toney digs a right hand into Mcgee's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Mcgee's gas tank.
Mcgee misses with a hook from the clinch.
Toney lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mcgee backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mcgee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Mcgee changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Toney fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mcgee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Mcgee ducks into an uppercut from Toney and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
