Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shannon Khoury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Uprising. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khoury tries to score a power double leg takedown but Clark sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Khoury somewhat.
Clark uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Khoury.
Khoury keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Clark takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Clark looks to land a left hand but Khoury moved out of range nicely.
Crunch! Khoury slams his shin into Clark's torso.
Clark takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Clark lands with a nice body punch.
Khoury misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Khoury takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Clark lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Khoury is defended easily by Clark.
Clark fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Khoury to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Khoury looks to clinch but Clark throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Khoury taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Jack Clark!
