Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beau Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Beau Taylor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brad Michaels! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Michaels closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Michaels lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Taylor backwards. Taylor breaks the clinch.
Michaels fails with a takedown attempt. Taylor scores with a spinning back kick! Michaels closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Michaels staying calm. Taylor is looking for a sweep. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Taylor is trying to control Michaels's posture but Michaels avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Michaels wants to control but Taylor is keeping him busy. Michaels has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Michaels shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Taylor defends it nicely. Taylor is looking to clinch but Michaels is avoiding it.
Taylor feints and as Michaels raises his hands in defense, Taylor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Taylor trying to control but Michaels is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Taylor would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Taylor is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Beau Taylor wasn't doing enough on the ground. Michaels dives in and grabs Taylor's left leg, looking for a takedown. Taylor pushes down on Michaels's head and hops out. Beau Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Michaels. Michaels looks gassed! Taylor tries to score a power double leg takedown but Michaels sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Taylor somewhat. Michaels is trying hard to land a takedown here. Taylor sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Michaels with a lazy takedown attempt and Taylor counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Taylor decides to stand and escape the position. Taylor manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Michaels on his heels. He'll look to pass Michaels's guard now, I'm sure. Taylor lands a couple of elbows. Michaels is trying to control the position but Taylor postures up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Taylor gets to his feet - Michaels follows without any prompting. Michaels moves out of range of the body kick from Taylor.
Michaels tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Taylor misses with a takedown and Michaels counters with a takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Taylor is letting Michaels control him for a moment. Taylor can't do much from the bottom here. Taylor tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Michaels wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Taylor is working hard here to advance position. Michaels thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Taylor is looking to regain half guard here but Michaels keeps moving and retains side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Beau Taylor dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Michaels closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Taylor struggling a bit here. Michaels laying and praying for a moment but Taylor takes advantage and regains half guard. Michaels seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Taylor does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Michaels with the ground and pound but Taylor uses the opportunity to regain guard. Taylor looking to control.
Taylor wants to stand and escape but Michaels is having none of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Michaels pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Taylor is keeping the position for now. Taylor wants to stand up but Michaels is controlling him. Taylor keeping moving, preventing Michaels from controlling successfully. Taylor isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Michaels stacks Taylor on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Michaels! Taylor is not content to let Michaels control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Michaels decides to stand back up. Michaels throws a sloppy head kick and Taylor moves out of range easily. Michaels shoots in but no luck this time. Michaels gets tackled into the cage by Taylor. Taylor maintains the clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Taylor takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Taylor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Taylor fails to land the takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Michaels drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Taylor is controlling Michaels's posture. Michaels trying to control but Taylor is working from the bottom. Taylor looking for a sweep. Not yet Taylor, not yet. Michaels seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Brad Michaels was stalling too much, according to the referee. Taylor tries to bum rush Michaels with a series of wild strikes but Michaels uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Michaels throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Michaels shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Taylor defends it nicely. Michaels gets tackled into the cage by Taylor. Taylor maintains the clinch. Michaels breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Taylor tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Michaels paws at him with a jab and circles away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Taylor dives in and grabs Michaels's left leg, looking for a takedown. Michaels pushes down on Taylor's head and hops out. Michaels shoots in but Taylor avoids the takedown attempt easily. Beau Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brad Michaels. Michaels swats away the attempt to clinch by Taylor. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brad Michaels showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Taylor tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Michaels swivels and escapes. Michaels gets a clinch. Taylor manages to break the clinch.
Taylor rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Michaels moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Michaels changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Taylor looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Taylor is looking to regain half guard here but Michaels keeps moving and retains side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Michaels wants to control but Taylor is keeping him busy. Taylor tries to strike but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. The strikes coming from Michaels are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Taylor tries to get back to half guard but can't. Michaels scores with a couple of short elbows. Taylor looking for a sweep but Michaels has passed into full mount! Oh no! Michaels is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Taylor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Michaels avoids the attempt from Taylor to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Taylor is just holding on here. Michaels manages to take his back.
Michaels has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Taylor! Can he survive? No! He's out! Michaels gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
