Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Francisco Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andi Sharp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andi Sharp is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Francisco Perez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andi Sharp! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Perez or perhaps it was just good defense by Sharp which made him look bad. A decent looking body kick lands there for Sharp. Horrible takedown by Sharp or perhaps it was just good defense by Perez which made him look bad. Perez fails with a takedown attempt. Perez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sharp's waist but Sharp gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Perez off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Francisco Perez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Perez has a takedown stuffed. Perez takes a shot right to the bread basket. Perez avoids the head kick by Sharp.
No joy there for Sharp, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sharp throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sharp throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Perez.
It looks like Francisco Perez has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Perez misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Perez gets tackled into the cage by Sharp. Sharp maintains the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perez tries to score a body lock takedown but Sharp shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Sharp pulls guard successfully.
Perez forces his way into half guard. Sharp trying to control from the bottom.
Perez is looking to take a break and control but Sharp is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Perez is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sharp sees it coming and defends easily. Perez is working for a submission of some sort.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Perez prevents Sharp from improving his position. Perez is working for a submission of some sort.
Perez looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perez is trying to work for a kimura but Sharp is defending well.
Perez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sharp doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Perez. Perez is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Sharp still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Sharp has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sharp tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sharp has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Perez tries to improve position but can't. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andi Sharp dominated that round. The cut man is working on Francisco Perez's cut. That's time! Perez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Perez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sharp sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Perez somewhat. Perez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sharp defends it nicely. A head kick misses from Sharp. A head kick misses from Sharp. Perez avoids the head kick by Sharp.
Sharp throws a low kick but Perez moves out of range easily. Sharp scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Perez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Francisco Perez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Perez misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Sharp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sharp lands with a nice combination. Perez backs away looking to recover. Perez with a lazy takedown attempt and Sharp counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Perez shoots in but Sharp avoids the takedown attempt easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Perez slips a jab and a cross from Sharp.
Francisco Perez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sharp throws a sloppy head kick and Perez moves out of range easily. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Perez. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Sharp fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Perez. Perez throws a body punch but Sharp moves out of range. Sharp connects with a solid leg kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sharp connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Sharp connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Perez tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Oooooh!!! Sharp has knocked Perez down with a huge combo! Sharp steps away and waves a wobbly Perez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Perez is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sharp lands a jab to Perez's midsection. Oh Perez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sharp misses with a series of wild punches.
Perez seems to have got his legs back now. Sharp lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Francisco Perez's cut is getting worse. Andi Sharp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sharp circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Perez to the canvas! Perez doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Sharp keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
