Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hwuan Jin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ogie Menor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menor closes the distance and clinches.
Jin dodges an elbow strike from Menor.
Jin is trying to break the clinch but Menor is controlling him.
Menor lands an elbow that stopped Jin in his tracks for a moment.

Ogie Menor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Menor with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Menor escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Menor moves into range and clinches up with Jin.

Menor unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jin lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Menor cracks Jin with a nice body shot.
Menor breaks the clinch.
Menor misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Jin gets tackled into the cage by Menor. Menor maintains the clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Menor using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jin has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Jin blocks an elbow strike from Menor.
Menor breaks from the clinch.
Menor clinches up against the cage.
Menor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jin is looking to land body kicks.
Jin takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Jin throws a sloppy head kick and Menor moves out of range easily.
Menor is pawing at Jin, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Jin's nose. Jin is badly hurt! Menor pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Jin tries desperately to hold on but Menor is relentless in his assault! As Jin receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Menor away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ogie Menor!
