Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Torsti Turjake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mayuri Tatsuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tatsuki has chosen Norther - Released as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Torsti Turjake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mayuri Tatsuki! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tatsuki swats away the attempt to clinch by Turjake. Mayuri Tatsuki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tatsuki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Tatsuki shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Turjake sprawls well. Turjake wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tatsuki gets slowly back to his feet. Tatsuki shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Turjake's guard. Turjake is looking to stand up but Tatsuki isn't so interested in that idea. Tatsuki trying to control but Turjake is working from the bottom. Turjake looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tatsuki is one step ahead there. Tatsuki with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Turjake has his foot on Tatsuki's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tatsuki works his way back into a safe position though. Turjake keeping moving, preventing Tatsuki from controlling successfully. Turjake is looking to stand up but Tatsuki isn't so interested in that idea.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turjake wants to sweep here but Tatsuki controlling him for the moment. Tatsuki lands a couple of elbows. Turjake tries to land a sweep but no joy. Tatsuki working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Tatsuki passes Turjake's left leg - he's now in half guard. Turjake is not content to let Tatsuki control the position. Tatsuki is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Turjake doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tatsuki. Tatsuki seems to be working for a kimura but Turjake defends the submission attempt. Turjake is refusing to be controlled, as Tatsuki sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tatsuki prevents Turjake from improving his position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Tatsuki prevents Turjake from standing back up.
Turjake is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Tatsuki is looking to stall here but Turjake recovers full guard. Turjake controls Tatsuki momentarily but Tatsuki frees himself. Tatsuki looking to pass the guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tatsuki stops Turjake from standing up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Turjake is on top in guard.

Turjake wants to control from the top but Tatsuki keeps moving. Tatsuki is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Turjake rolls with it to try and escape but Tatsuki cranks on the arm and Turjake is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mayuri Tatsuki! Mayuri Tatsuki really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Reaper Combatwear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
