Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cj Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Louis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cj Peters! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Louis! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Louis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Peters's half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Louis's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Peters is in trouble now - Louis has advanced to mount! Louis controlling the pace for now. Peters is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Louis controlling from the full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peters tries to hold on but Louis pushes him away. Louis tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Let's hope that Louis has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mike Louis. Peters tries to clinch and Louis counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Louis slows the pace down in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like Louis might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mike Louis wasn't active enough on the ground. Louis drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Louis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Peters to his feet. Peters with a lazy takedown attempt and Louis counters with a nice double leg into side control. Peters won't be happy with that. Peters is breathing heavily. Louis is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Peters will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Louis closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Peters's guard. Louis content to stall in guard here. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Louis advances position into side control! Louis moves into full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Louis controlling from the full mount. Peters really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Louis dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Peters enables Louis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Peters manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Louis works a leg free and moves into half guard. Louis moves nicely into side control. Louis taking a breather here. Peters can't do much from the bottom here. Peters being controlled for a moment. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mike Louis wasn't active enough on the ground. Louis shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Mike Louis has got the better of the ground game so far. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Louis is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Louis tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Louis has been the more effective fighter overall so far. This has been an exciting period of action!

The ref stands the fighters back up. Mike Louis was stalling too much, according to the referee. Louis shoots in and gets a takedown into Peters's guard. Louis advances position into side control! Peters is trying to escape the position but Louis is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Louis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Peters to his feet. Louis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Louis showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Peters can't keep his opponent in guard - Louis advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Louis with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Louis has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Louis showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Louis in side control, just content to control the action for now. Louis has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Peters! Louis controlling from the full mount. Louis feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. And that's the end of the fight! Mike Louis comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Louis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
