The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curtis on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Curtis looking to score a takedown here. Madison is defending well but Curtis drives through and ends up in Madison's guard.
Madison is trying to keep Curtis in close.
Curtis postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Madison avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Madison keeping full guard, as Curtis tries to pass.

Curtis trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Curtis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Madison knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Curtis advances to mount.
Curtis throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Curtis postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Madison looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Curtis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Curtis throwing strikes here but Madison is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Curtis looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Madison covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

Kelsey Curtis decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
