The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnettov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Barnettov moves in looking to clinch but Barbarosa pushes him off.
Barbarosa closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Barbarosa lands in his opponent's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Barnettov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Barbarosa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Barbarosa reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Barbarosa taps out! Nice BJJ there by Barnettov!
