Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adem Ozdemir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kostas Drivakis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drivakis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ken's Theme. Adem Ozdemir could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kostas Drivakis's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drivakis fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ozdemir to the ground. Drivakis is now in Ozdemir's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Ozdemir throws his legs up looking for a submission but Drivakis uses it to pass to side control.
Ozdemir is breathing heavily.
Ozdemir is looking for a sweep.
Drivakis misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Drivakis is looking to take a break and control but Ozdemir is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Drivakis wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ozdemir, who protects the arm well.
Ozdemir trying to remain calm as Drivakis controls from the top position.

Drivakis decides to stand back up. Drivakis steps back and let's Ozdemir get back to his feet.
Drivakis misses with a takedown attempt - Ozdemir sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ozdemir really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Ozdemir circles away from the clinch attempt.
Drivakis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ozdemir sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Adem Ozdemir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kostas Drivakis.

Ozdemir feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kostas Drivakis spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
