Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Darek Borkowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borkowski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. OreOre manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
OreOre looks for a takedown but Borkowski sprawls well.
Borkowski has closed the distance and engaged OreOre in a clinch.
Borkowski swings away with an uppercut that misses.
OreOre breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Borkowski wants to clinch.
Borkowski instigates a clinch.
Borkowski has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. OreOre avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

OreOre is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OreOre is controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
OreOre is looking to advance position but Borkowski won't allow it.

OreOre is controlling the pace.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Cygan OreOre hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Borkowski tries to clinch but OreOre is having none of it.
Cygan OreOre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
OreOre shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Borkowski but Borkowski pushes him off and we're back to square one.
OreOre throws a head kick that misses
and Borkowski counters with a three punch combo that has OreOre backing up. OreOre nods at Borkowski to acknowledge the strikes.
OreOre closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Borkowski jumps guard but OreOre stands there with Borkowski around his waist. Borkowski gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
OreOre manages to pull guard.
Borkowski postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
OreOre is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Borkowski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for OreOre on the ground.
OreOre tries to pass to full mount but Borkowski defends it.
OreOre seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Borkowski throws a nice looking combination but OreOre bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and OreOre counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
OreOre fails with the takedown.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Borkowski pulls out of a head kick attempt.
OreOre looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
OreOre shoots for a takedown but Borkowski saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

OreOre has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Borkowski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Borkowski working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of OreOre's head.
OreOre bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Borkowski's guard.

OreOre stands up from Borkowski's guard - OreOre perhaps looking for a knockout.
OreOre fails with the takedown.
OreOre is breathing heavily.

OreOre shoots in looking for a takedown but Borkowski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing OreOre's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Borkowski pushes OreOre up against the cage in a clinch.
Borkowski has OreOre pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. OreOre manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
OreOre goes for a takedown attempt but Borkowski pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
OreOre shoots in for a double leg but Borkowski sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
OreOre fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

OreOre with a lazy takedown attempt
and Borkowski counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in OreOre's guard now.
Borkowski postures up in OreOre's guard and throws a big left but OreOre blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Borkowski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Borkowski working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now OreOre is on top in guard.
OreOre stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Borkowski swivels though and keeps the full guard.
OreOre wants to control from the top but Borkowski keeps moving.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Cygan OreOre.
OreOre thuds a left hand into Borkowski's body.
OreOre avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
OreOre shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Borkowski sprawls well. Borkowski wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. OreOre gets slowly back to his feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Darek Borkowski will probably get the nod.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now OreOre is on top in guard.
OreOre stands and throws Borkowski's legs to the side, diving into side control.
OreOre is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Borkowski's shoulder. That is not cool.

OreOre is trying to get an arm triangle but Borkowski is defending well.
OreOre decides to take the fight back to the feet.
OreOre takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

and OreOre counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Borkowski stuffs the takedown attempt from OreOre. OreOre gets slowly back to his feet.

OreOre defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Borkowski.
OreOre doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Borkowski counters by clinching up.

OreOre is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Borkowski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force OreOre to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so OreOre shrugs it off.
OreOre tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Borkowski throwing strikes but OreOre bucks up and reverses the position. He's now in guard on top.

I would just about give that final round to Cygan OreOre.
I think OreOre has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
