Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kazahiro Murakami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryann Dianga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazahiro Murakami looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Murakami.
No luck for Dianga with that takedown attempt.
Murakami misses with a head kick.
Dianga tries to score a power double leg takedown but Murakami sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dianga somewhat.
Dianga takes a kick to the side of the head.
Murakami throws a sloppy head kick and Dianga moves out of range easily.
Murakami thows a body kick. Dianga tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Murakami closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Murakami lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Dianga had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Murakami defends it easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dianga looking to hit a scissor sweep but Murakami is one step ahead there.

The referee asks Murakami politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Murakami prefers to stall for the moment though.
Dianga throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
Murakami works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Murakami is putting a hurting on Dianga here, landing some big shots from side control.
Dianga is looking to reverse the position.

Murakami looks up at the clock and then as Dianga takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Murakami smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Murakami has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dianga takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Dianga seems a little lost for a moment, as Murakami dominates the positioning.

Murakami's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Murakami wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dianga, who protects the arm well.

Murakami is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Dianga is trying to escape and Murakami transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Dianga is forced to tap! Nice work there by Murakami! Very nice indeed!
