The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mihajlovski wants to clinch up but Mallet keeps it at a distance.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mihajlovski.
Mallet really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mallet misses with a series of wild punches.
Mallet lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mallet throws a leg kick which misses Mihajlovski's front leg but catches the back leg as Mihajlovski tries to avoid it.
Mihajlovski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mallet manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Mihajlovski takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Mallet is looking to improve his position but Mihajlovski isn't that keen on the idea.

Mihajlovski jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Mallet manages to avoid the submission attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mihajlovski tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Mihajlovski has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Mihajlovski drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mihajlovski jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mihajlovski passes into half guard.
Mihajlovski throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Mihajlovski is looking for a kimura but Mallet is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Mihajlovski to get the leverage.
