Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jones Future (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Future comes into the arena with Frederik - Titanic blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Future tries to score a power double leg takedown but Miller sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Future somewhat.
Miller misses with the combination.
Future lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miller circles away quickly and effectively.
Miller misses with a few strikes there.
Future manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Miller on his heels. He'll look to pass Miller's guard now, I'm sure.
Future throws a big right hand that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Future throws a strike but Miller rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Future is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Miller defends well.
Future pulls Miller in close to prevent any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Miller accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Miller tries to stand but Future is controlling from the bottom.
Future is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Miller missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Future is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Future is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Miller frees his head nicely. Oh but Future has switched to an armbar! Miller is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

A pretty intense looking Jones Future took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
