Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Goryachev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Collins's choice of entrance music: Irish Rebel Song. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vladimir Goryachev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Collins!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Goryachev wants to sweep here but Collins controlling him for the moment.

Goryachev drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Collins manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Goryachev has Collins in his guard.

Collins has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Goryachev avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Goryachev's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Collins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Goryachev moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
