Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kris Kringle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carmelo Sanchez!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kringle blocks a jab.
Kringle shoots for a double leg takedown but Sanchez sprawls well. He's pushed Kringle's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kringle looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Kringle fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sanchez, pushing him back against the cage.

Sanchez breaks the clinch.

A head kick from Sanchez lands but Kringle takes it in his stride.


It looks like Kris Kringle has been cut.

Kringle has gone for a leg lock! Sanchez slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kringle's guard.

Kringle closes the distance and clinches up with Sanchez, looking for a takedown. Kringle pushes Sanchez against the cage but Sanchez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kringle shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sanchez defends it nicely.
Sanchez feints a jab promting Kringle to slip. Sanchez then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Kringle slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carmelo Sanchez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Kringle shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sanchez sprawls well. Sanchez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kringle gets slowly back to his feet.

Sanchez drops Kringle with a beautiful combination! Kringle stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sanchez is looking for the KO!
Oh Kringle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sanchez lands a body shot.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sanchez, right into the meat.
Sanchez ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Kringle out cold! The fight is over!
