Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sam Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forever War (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes into the arena with AC/DC - Hell's Bells blaring out of the sound system. War has chosen War Ensemble as his entrance music. Sam Hall could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Forever War's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sam Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 5 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Forever War! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hall is looking to clinch. War has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from War there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Forever War has been cut. A nice leg kick lands there from War. War slips under a jab from Hall. War lands with a good body shot. Hall closes the distance and pushes War back into the cage. Hall lands a nice elbow. War blocks the elbow strike.
Hall crunches a lovely knee into War's ribcage. Hall lands an elbow inside that War shrugs off. A head punch blocked on the inside by Hall. War blocking some punches.
War avoiding damage as Hall throws knees to the body.
War tries to work over Hall's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Hall with a knee to the head.
That has opened up Forever War's cut even more. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. With the fighters up against the cage, Hall throws an elbow but misses. War swings away with an uppercut that misses.

War throws a punch but it's blocked by Hall. War tries a body shot but Hall blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. War tries to circle away but Hall has him pinned against the cage. War dodges an elbow strike from Hall.
Hall misses with a punch to the body.
War fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
War gets through Hall's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. War avoiding damage as Hall throws knees to the body.

War tries a body shot but Hall blocks it.

War lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A shot in the inside from Hall. Hall lands a damaging elbow. War softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. War scores with a shot to the side of Hall's head. War avoids a wild elbow strike from Hall. A quick uppercut on the inside from War.

War lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hall lands with a short shot to the head. War throws a head punch that misses. Hall with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

War swings wildly with an uppercut but Hall uses good head movement to avoid it. War lands a left hand that snaps the head of Hall backwards.

War has had enough of the clinch but Hall keeps him there for the moment. A right hook to the body lands for War.
War takes an elbow to the forehead.
The cut above Forever War's eye is starting to cause him problems now. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hall. War working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. War takes an elbow to the temple. Hall is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. War pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. War misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
War digs a good hook to Hall's body.
Hall cracks War with a right hand to the side of the head.
Forever War's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! War throws a quick inside leg kick. Hall takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Good leg kick by War there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hall misses with a body kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A shot to the body from War misses and Hall counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Forever War's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Sam Hall! Sam Hall took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'My name it is Sam Hall and I hate you one and all, damn your eyes!'.
