The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCready throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Zubrowka's waist but Zubrowka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McCready off to one side.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McCready crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Zubrowka - the referee stops the clock and McCready gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Zubrowka. McCready manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Some bone on bone action there as McCready checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
