Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve Freeman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Antonio Sanders! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Freeman! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and David Schapiro.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freeman with a lazy takedown attempt
and Sanders counters with a nice double leg into guard. Sanders with a nice head shot there. Freeman looking for a sweep. Not yet Freeman, not yet. Sanders wanted to stand there but Freeman had control of the position. Freeman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sanders is one step ahead there. Sanders stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Freeman swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Freeman is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sanders is aware though and is defending well. Sanders has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. This has been an exciting period of action! Sanders's corner is telling him to maintain position. Freeman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sanders manages to get himself to full guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sanders wants to sweep here but Freeman controlling him for the moment. Freeman passes Sanders's left leg - he's now in half guard. Sanders on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sanders tries to get out of the position.
Freeman is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are battling for position here. Sanders manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Freeman prevents Sanders from getting back to his feet.
Freeman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Freeman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Freeman drops back looking for a leg! Sanders is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sanders manages to kick Freeman off! Freeman jumps back into Sanders's guard. Freeman tries to free his leg and advance position but Sanders is retaining full guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanders wants to sweep but no luck. Freeman postures up.
Freeman forces his way into half guard.
Freeman is looking for a kimura here.
Sanders is breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Freeman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Freeman looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Freeman is looking for a kimura but Sanders is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Freeman to get the leverage.

Freeman is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sanders has managed to free his arm - good work.
Sanders is defending against the submission attempts here by Freeman.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanders is trying to get back to full guard.
Freeman is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sanders sees it coming and defends easily.
Freeman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sanders doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Freeman.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Freeman is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Sanders is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
