Ovechkin lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Salonen shoots for a takedown but Ovechkin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Salonen is still on wobbly legs! Can Ovechkin finish him?
Ovechkin closes the distance looking for a takedown. Salonen stuffs it but Ovechkin still has hold of him. Ovechkin picks Salonen up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Ovechkin slams Salonen to the floor and that's really hurt Salonen - he doesn't know where he is! Ovechkin throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
