The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Rook.
Mma keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Mma.
A left and a right from Rook both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Complete Mma has been cut.
Mma is breathing heavily.
Rook shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mma sprawls well. Mma wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rook gets slowly back to his feet.
Mma shoots in for a takedown but Rook shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mma has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rook lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Rook will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oh Mma is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rook ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Mma seems to have got his legs back now.
A punch combination from Rook misses.
Mma throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rook throws a nice looking combination but Mma bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rook tries for a takedown but Mma sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rook throws a right hand that Mma ducks under and follows up with a left that Mma also avoids with ease.
Rook scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
