Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barristan Selmy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andreas Rahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andreas Rahn will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Selmy looks to land a left hand but Rahn moved out of range nicely.
Rahn scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Selmy gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Rahn.
Selmy keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Selmy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rahn pinned against the cage. Rahn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The crowd cheers as Selmy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rahn doesn't seem phased though.
Selmy feints and as Rahn raises his hands in defense, Selmy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Selmy in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Selmy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Selmy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Selmy passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Rahn!
Selmy lands a nice shot to the head.

Selmy postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Rahn badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Selmy around the waist but Selmy pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Selmy is the winner by TKO! Selmy jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
