Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mahdi Makungu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Falco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Makungu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nelly - Heart of a Champion. Mahdi Makungu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Makungu swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Makungu has control of Falco's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Falco regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Falco is still in real trouble! Can Makungu finish him?
Makungu loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Falco scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Makungu land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Makungu stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mahdi Makungu!
